The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.

Deposit
If you are the high bidder, you must submit submit a deposit within business days of the close of the auction, in order to confirm the purchase of the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due
The winning bidder must agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before the vehicle can be delivered.

Payment Methods
We can accept the following forms of payment: cash, certified check, wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing.  Payments must be made in US dollars only. Be sure to have the full payment ready along with approved financing, before you place your final bid. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Additional Fees and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for payment of any and all taxes and fees due within their respective state, county, and city; as well as anyregistration and title fees due within the location in which the vehicle is to be registered.

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you.  has tried to honestly and accurately represent the vehicle to the best of their ability. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings given their age, and mechanical parts are subject to fail over time. welcomes and recommends that all buyers have inspections made.  If you plan to have an inspection, please make sure this takes place prior to the end of the auction.  The buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Shipping
Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges.  We will assist buyers seeking a shipping company - call us at for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our premises. If the vehicle is to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is transferred to the shipping company.

Warranty
Vehicles are sold "as is" unless otherwise noted in their respective descriptions. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.  Manufacturer's warranties may still apply.  Extended warranties may be available—please contact us for details.

This dealer reserves the right to cancel any and all bids and end auctions early, should a vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Negative Feedback Bidders
Ebay identified what are called "negative feedback bidders." This system does not allow those flagged in this way to bid. New bidders with "zero feedback rating" should email us or call us prior to bidding.

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed. Bid retractions will not be recognized within 12 hours of an auction's end.  Seller will not be obligated to sell, in the event of a late retraction.

Non-Paying Bidder
We reserve the right to re-list and/or sell a vehicle if the deposit is not received within of the close of auction, or if the balance is not paid in full within following the close of auction.

Successful Bidder
If you are the winning bidder, you will be contacted via email after the auction closes, or you should contact Auto Experts USA within 24 hours, to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
